Carla Falkner is an executive with over 20 years of experience in operations and management of a multi-million dollar corporation in Mobile, Alabama. She is the founder of Innovative Medicine Partners and CEO of BelleFire Records, Nashville, Tennessee.
Carla’s background is key to the oversight of Innovative Medicine Partners, from establishing operations to forging strategic business relationships. Carla is skilled in startup companies and turnarounds, fiscal budgets, contract negotiations and cost management. She provides corporate structure and administration. Carla ensures the company has effective operational and financial procedures in place. She designs and implements business operations by establishing policies that promote company culture and vision.
Carla’s charge is to develop key partnerships and manage the day-to-day operations of the company and its subsidiaries. She works daily on financial decisions and responsibilities. Her vision for Innovative Medicine Partners is to create and maintain a collaborative environment that fosters innovation in all aspects of the corporation.
Carla holds a degree with a double major in Music Performance and Psychology from Faulkner. She was Miss Faulkner (1997-1998). Her accomplishments include “Female Vocalist of the Year” at the New Music Awards in Los Angeles, Member of SESAC Performing Rights Organization, The Country Music Association, The Academy of Country Music, The Nashville Songwriters Association, the Country Music Hall of Fame, National Association of Professional Women and the International Association of Professional Women.
Carla is a co-patent holder and inventor of a novel medical technology in the area of audio and acoustics.
