Specializing in early-stage growth, he has held VP- and Director-level sales and marketing positions in profitable, rapid-growth medical device such as Conceptus, Johnson & Johnson, Medispec, Timm Medical, nSpire Health, OBMedical, Prima-Temp and nVision Medical.
His strengths include recruitment, training, deployment and management of top-flight sales teams, branding, positioning, messaging, R&D, clinical trials, regulatory clearance with P&L responsibility across multiple platforms (pharmaceuticals, urology, women’s health, sports injury rehabilitation, general surgery, and respiratory) and product classes (penile implants, impotence diagnostics, urology catheters, brachytherapy, prostate ablation, slings, ultrasound, pulsed magnetic therapy, lithotripsy, contraceptive implants, endometrial ablation, spirometry, PFT, labor and delivery fetal monitors, ovulation prediction, and cancer detection).
